When processing personal data, we work in accordance with the requirements for the processing of personal data as laid down in the GDPR. This means we:

Purposes for which we process your personal data
In this privacy and cookie statement we explain what personal data we, at MusicManager collect from you and for what purposes the personal data is used. By using our software or by visiting our website www.musicmanager.net, we obtain various personal data from you in certain cases.
Newsletter
You can sign up for our newsletter via our website. In this newsletter we will inform you by e-mail about information, news and developments regarding MusicManager. For this we process the following personal data:
- First and last name
- E-mail address
We use this information based on your permission. You can always unsubscribe from the newsletter. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. The moment you unsubscribe, we will keep your data on our block list, so that you will no longer receive mailings from MusicManager.
Contact
We offer various options for contacting us. This can be done via e-mail, our contact form and/or via social media. For this we process the following personal data:
- First and last name
- E-mail address
- Social media account name
- Any information you enter yourself as the content of a message
We use this information to properly handle your request to contact you. We will keep this information until we think you are happy with our response.
When can we provide your personal data to third parties?
MusicManager will only share your data with third parties if this is permitted under current legislation. We may provide your personal data to third parties because:
- we have engaged them to process certain data;
- it is necessary to carry out the agreement with you;
- you give permission for this;
- we have a legitimate interest in this;
- we are legally obliged to do so (e.g. if the police demand this in case of a suspicion of a crime).

- IT suppliers and service providers
In order to provide its service, MusicManager may provide your personal data to parties established outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Legal ICT will only do this if there is an adequate level of protection for the processing of personal data. This means, for example, that we use a model agreement from the European Commission or make agreements about the handling of personal data.
Security
We take appropriate security measures to limit misuse of, and unauthorized access to, your personal data. For example, we ensure that only the necessary people have access to your personal data, that access to your personal data is secured and that our security measures are checked regularly. We work digitally as much as possible: information on paper is digitized, we shred old paper and digital documents are secured.
Social media buttons
On our website we use social media buttons, which redirect you to the social media platforms. The buttons are active because of bits of code that come from the social media networks. Your rights
You have the following rights:
- Right of access: you have the right to see what kind of personal data we processed about you.
- Right of rectification: you have the right to rectify any personal data we have processed about you, if this information is (partially) wrong.
- Right to revoke your consent: when we process your data based on your consent.
- Right to object: you have the right to object against the processing of your personal data by us.
- Right to be forgotten: you can file a request with us to remove any personal data we have processed of you.
- Right to data portability: if technically possible, you have the right to ask us to transfer your processed personal data to a third party.
- Right to restriction of processing: you can file a request with us to (temporarily) restrict the processing of your personal data. This means that we will process less personal data from you.
If you wish to exercise any of these rights, we may ask you to identify yourself. For this purpose, we need some information about you, to make sure that you are the right person to whom the personal data belongs. We will usually respond to your request within one month. This term can be extended with two months if the request is proven to be complex or tied to a specific right. You will be notified about a possible extension of this term within the first month. File a complaint
If you have a question or would like to file a complaint about our use of your personal data, you can contact us via the contact details at the bottom of this privacy and cookie statement. We will handle every question and request internally and communicate about it with you. However, do not agree with us, you have the right to contact the Dutch supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data, which is called the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, to file a complaint.
Modification of this privacy and cookie statement
MusicManager has the right to change this privacy and cookie statement from time to time. Changes will be published on our website. It is therefore advised to consult this privacy and cookie statement on a regular basis, so you are aware of these changes.
